Overview

nLMI is seeking a Staff Product Designer to shape data-driven applications supporting a U.S. Army technology modernization program. This designer will work directly with Army users and engineering teams to turn complex acquisition and program workflows into clear, effective digital products.

nnThe Staff Product Designer will own the experience from discovery through production delivery rather than operating as a requirements handoff function.

nnLeveraging our mission-ready technology and solutions, proven expertise in federal deployment, and strategic relationships, we enhance outcomes for the government, efficiently and effectively. With a focus on agility and collaboration, LMI serves the defense, space, healthcare, and energy sectors—helping agencies navigate complexity and outpace change. Headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, LMI is committed to delivering impactful results that strengthen missions and drive lasting value.

n nThe target salary range for this position is $111,301 - $192,653.79.
