If you’re passionate about shaping the future of products that solve real customer problems and you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this role is for you.**A Day in the Life** As a Staff Product Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping our product roadmap. From collaborating with cross-functional teams to launching complex, customer-centric products, you’ll guide every step of the product lifecycle. Your ability to communicate product vision, align teams, and drive decision-making will ensure our products consistently meet and exceed business and customer goals.**What You’ll Be Doing*** Lead and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with company objectives.* Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.* Collaborate closely with software engineers, designers, data, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products on time.* Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and product performance to guide decision-making.* Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business impact and customer value.* Mentor and inspire the product team, sharing best practices and helping elevate the team's capabilities.* Influence key stakeholders, including executives, to align and drive support for product initiatives.* Identify new product opportunities and stay ahead of emerging technologies.**What Makes You a Great Fit*** **Experience**: 7+ years in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff-level role.* **Expertise**: Proven track record of launching successful products in B2B/B2C environments.* **Collaboration**: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and marketers.* **Technical Background**: Strong understanding of technical concepts and agile development processes.* **Leadership**: Able to mentor, lead teams, and influence stakeholders across all levels.* **Skills**: Strong communication, strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.* **Tools**: Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, and other product management tools.* **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).**Apply Now****Work Environment**The work environment characteristics described here may be encountered while performing the essential functions of this job.
