Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Staff Engineer/Project Engineer to join a growing team in Centennial, CO. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in engineering principles and project management, with a proven track record of successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, specifications, and schedules.
Conduct technical analysis, feasibility studies, and design reviews to ensure project requirements are met.
Utilize engineering software and tools to perform complex calculations and simulations.
Prepare and present project reports, proposals, and technical documentation to stakeholders.
Oversee the work of junior engineers and provide mentorship and guidance.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols.
Identify and mitigate project risks and implement corrective actions as necessary.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or a related role.
Strong proficiency in engineering software and tools.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
