Job description
THE PRACTICE
Humboldt County Behavioral Health, provides mental health services for Humboldt County residents, including eligible Medi-Cal patients. Their county services provide treatment to address their residents’ mental health systems, arranging follow-up quality care, and a referral network of resources. TBH supports Humboldt County Behavioral Health with Adult and Child & Adolescent physicians to address the needs of their patients.
Adult Services
Flexible 8 or 10 hours of coverage Monday – Friday
20 hours per week
Can be Hybrid schedule3 weeks tele/ 1 week in person
Case load of 250
Average of 1-5 intakes per week
60 minutes for an initial eval and 30 minutes for a follow-up visit
Clinic hosts NP trainees, physician candidates should be comfortable being a preceptor
