Job description
Onto Innovation is seeking a Staff/Senior R&D Scientist to advance X-ray metrology data analytics across the USA and Singapore. You will design physics-based models, machine learning solutions, and innovative algorithms for robust characterization of advanced semiconductor microelectronics.
You will collaborate with R&D, software, and product teams to prototype, validate, and deploy production-ready metrology solutions, contributing to next‑generation manufacturing performance.
