Job description
Form Energy is seeking a Staff Reliability Engineer to improve the reliability and lifetime of our iron‑air battery cell. You will work with the Reliability, Cell, and Electrode Engineering teams to develop test plans, analyze data, and define critical design requirements in a hands‑on lab setting.
You will translate goals into rigorous reliability requirements, design and execute ALT tests, and build lifetime prediction models.
