About This Role
The Staff RN in Med Surg/Telemetry at Kaiser Permanente provides professional nursing care, utilizing the nursing process in accordance with established standards of care. This role is ideal for experienced nurses who are committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

What You'll Do
Uphold Kaiser Permanente's Policies and Procedures and applicable laws.
Serve as a leader of the health care team; delegate tasks appropriately.
Understand own and team members' scope of practice and elevate issues as appropriate.
Demonstrate professional, supportive behavior and champion new ideas.
Lead and direct others through the change process.
Develop and/or contribute to the individualized plan of care.
Monitor the patient's progress based on the plan and revise as necessary.
Ensure effective development and completion of discharge plans.
Ensure patient safety related to medications and procedures.
Participate in departmental performance improvement activities.
Requirements
Education
Associate's Degree (ADN) required
Experience
Experienced level required
Licenses & Certifications
Current RN License in California
