Job description
Uber is seeking a Staff Software Engineer for Remote Assistance to lead the long-term architecture of the RA platform. You will own major technical domains and collaborate with autonomy partners worldwide to scale and harden real-time systems.
You will mentor engineers, drive architectural initiatives, and communicate updates to executives while guiding KPIs, reliability, latency, and operator clarity across the organization.
