Airbnb is seeking a Staff Workday Integration Engineer to own the integration architecture and delivery of Workday MCP and agentic integrations. This role combines hands-on development with strategic technical leadership across global HR tech systems.
You will write integration logic, ensure reliability, drive automation, and mentor engineers while aligning with security, compliance, and GDPR requirements. Remote eligible in the US with occasional office attendance.
