It is a Level II trauma center and has been recognized for clinical excellence and innovation in the fields of orthopedics, neurosciences, women's health, heart & vascular, and cancer care.Job SummaryMaintain safe and effective staffing levels for all inpatient nursing.Essential FunctionsCreate and updates the daily staffing sheets in ANSOS. Covers daily staffing needs for inpatient nursing. Monitors employee call-ins.Responsible for all staffing changes to be placed in ANSOS. Ensure we are staffed to matrix.Makes phone calls to employees for staffing needs.Oversees the daily activities of the staffing office.
