Pay Range: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

to join our Northern Neck team.

As our Staffing Coordinator, youll be at the heart of our daily operations, helping ensure our clients receive dependable, compassionate care while supporting the caregivers who make it possible.

Manage schedules, coordinate coverage, and respond quickly when unexpected changes arise.
Build relationships!
Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and your office team to create positive experiences.

Anticipate staffing challenges, identify opportunities, and develop solutions before small problems become big ones.
Support our growth!
Help welcome new caregivers, coordinate assignments, and contribute to building a dependable team.

Help maximize client coverage, minimize missed shifts, and support our agencys service goals.
