Staffing Coordinator – Poultney, VT
A healthcare facility in Poultney, VT is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join its team. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to support a dedicated long-term care environment while ensuring smooth operations for staff and residents.
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have previous Staffing Coordinator experience
Pleasant disposition and a positive attitude
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Exceptional oral and written communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Experience coordinating general office workflow activities such as the distribution of departmental mail and answering phones
Collaborative spirit and willingness to learn
DUTIES:
Creating work rotations and schedules using staffing software
Tracking open positions for recruitment
Answering phones and dealing with callers
Managing timekeeper software
Ensuring shifts are fully staffed
Tracking attendance and lateness
Processing mail and emails
Database management
