Job description
We’re looking for a dynamic Staffing On Site Manager to join our team in the El Paso, TX area. In this role, you’ll serve as the main link between our agency, the client, and the Gojobber staff. Your focus will be on building strong relationships, ensuring smooth daily operations, and supporting employee satisfaction and productivity. Salary: 50k-65k
Tasks & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Client Management
Build strong client partnerships through proactive communication and support
Anticipate staffing needs and propose solutions
Conduct job analyses and create detailed position descriptions
Lead regular meetings and present business reviews
Implement engagement programs to improve NPS and retention
Analyze trends and drive process improvements
Temporary Staff Support
Oversee daily operations and safety compliance
Lead new hire orientations and manage onboarding
Address employee concerns and attendance
Support employee development and ensure policy compliance
Admin & Logistics
Manage payroll, invoicing, and reporting
Maintain accurate records
Monitor costs and suggest cost-saving strategies
Facilitate clear communication between Gojob and the client
Recruitment & Hiring
Screen, interview, and onboard candidates
Build talent pipelines for future openings
Track KPIs and support long-term goals
Experience & Skills
5+ years in workforce management (preferably in logistics or manufacturing)
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency

Requirements
Minimum 5 years in workforce management, preferably in manufacturing or logistics
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to work autonomously with attention to detail and urgency
Proficient in time management and prioritization
