Job description
Star Pediatric Home Care is seeking a Manager, Staffing Operations & Workforce Analytics to lead our Staffing Coordinators across New Jersey offices. This hybrid role requires optimizing nurse capacity, forecasting, and delivering data-driven decisions.
Travel between Mount Laurel, Howell, and Saddle Brook offices is expected. You will build forecasting models, dashboards, and KPIs to reduce open patient care hours and improve staffing utilization.
