Job description
Adecco is seeking a motivated and results-driven Internal Recruiter to support our growing staffing operations in the Auburn Hills market. This position will be based out of our Auburn Hills Branch , with regular travel and support required for our Troy location . The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys building relationships with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities
Source, recruit, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of client openings.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
Conduct phone screens and in-person/virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Manage candidate onboarding, including pre-employment screenings, background checks, and employment documentation.
Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within recruiting and applicant tracking systems.
Partner closely with Branch leadership and clients to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.
Support employee relations activities, scheduling, attendance tracking, and workforce management as needed.
Travel between Auburn Hills and Troy locations to support recruiting initiatives, hiring events, and client needs.
Ensure compliance with company policies and all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Qualifications
Previous recruiting, staffing, human resources, customer service, sales, or related experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and recruiting systems/applicant tracking software.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between Auburn Hills and Troy locations.
High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
