Develop new business through calls, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and community involvement
Meet with hiring managers to understand their workforce challenges and recommend staffing solutions
Recruit, interview, and evaluate candidates for temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities
Match qualified candidates with positions that align with their skills, experience, and career goals
Guide clients and candidates throughout the hiring process
Negotiate rates and placement terms while supporting profitable business growth
