Job description
Thrive HR Consulting is assisting a client in Waco, TX to recruit a General Manager for a new stainless steel fabrication operation. The GM will own P&L, lead manufacturing, safety, quality, delivery, productivity, cost control, and people leadership to build a best-in-class shop.
You will shape plant layout, equipment, processes, staffing, and operating standards from the ground up, with a hands-on leadership style and strong business acumen; relocation will be offered for the right candidate.
