We are looking for leadership skills to develop a new group internally.If you are one who like to build a team, has strong skillsets and likes to see your own ideas come to life, apply quickly!Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include:Sets up and operates assigned equipment up to 630-ton press.Capable of running multiple pieces of equipment, stand alone or cellular fashion.Trained and certified on all presses and complex tooling above 630-ton press or operate a cell of machines that includes secondary processes.Perform minor in-die tool component changes.Rotate to various assigned machines as required.Problem solves and makes corrective adjustments during set-up and operation of assigned equipment.Responsible for adhering to best safety practices in performing the jobResponsible for maintaining all quality requirements and productivity standards.Responsible for maintaining 5S throughout the department.Trains and provides work direction to others as required.Work with management, engineering, and quality technicians on process improvement.Completes daily routine maintenance as required.Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.QualificationsPay rate: $25.00/hour plus.75 for shift premium- hours 3pm to 1am Mon-Thurs.
