Location: Roanoke, TX
Pay Rate: $19.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:30 PM

Job Duties
Operate a Crown stand-up reach forklift safely.
Move, put away, and replenish products throughout the warehouse.
Pick orders and stage pallets for shipment.
Use an RF scanner to track inventory and verify product information.
Keep work areas clean and follow warehouse safety procedures.
Assist with general warehouse duties as needed.
Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous warehouse or powered industrial truck training is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
2 year's experience operating reach trucks
Ability to safely move, stack, retrieve, and organize palletized inventory.
Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and material handling practices.
Ability to accurately identify products, inventory locations, and shipping documentation.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to safety and inventory accuracy.
Previous stand-up reach forklift experience required.
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse.
Available to work the scheduled hours and overtime as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience operating reach trucks in distribution centers or warehouse environments is preferred.
Forklift certification or experience operating additional powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, or inventory software is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, dependability, and strong teamwork are well positioned for success as a Stand-Up Reach Forklift Operator.
Physical Capabilities
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb on and off powered industrial equipment throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, move, or reposition materials weighing up to 50 pounds when required.
Ability to safely work in warehouse environments with elevated storage racks and moving equipment.
Ability to maintain awareness of surroundings while operating powered industrial vehicles.
