Openwork is seeking an experienced Stand-Up Forklift Operator in Kennesaw, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for pulling and picking orders, breaking down boxes, and meeting daily production KPIs within a fast-paced, climate-controlled warehouse environment. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50–70 lbs.
Pay Rate: $18.64 / hour (Potential pay increase upon direct hire at 90 days)
Shift
Mon-Fri: 4 PM – Finish

Must Have Minimum of 2 years of Stand-Up Forklift operation experience
Ability to successfully pass a thorough drug screening
Physical capability to lift up to 50–70 lbs consistently throughout the shift
Ability to work overtime

Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding production KPIs
Experience with order picking, material handling, and box breakdown
