Job description
Unum seeks a Consultant for Unum Ventures to manage a portfolio of early-stage startups. You will advise founders, help set milestones, and align ventures with Unum's enterprise readiness requirements. You will connect startups to mentors, conduct market research, and drive program execution across teams.
You will work with internal stakeholders to navigate partnerships, pilots, and potential commercial engagements, while tracking progress and risks in a structured framework.
