Databricks is seeking a Sales Leader to guide a Hunting Account Executive team focused on winning new logos within the VC-Backed Startup ecosystem. You will coach first-time AEs into elite closers, drive pipeline, and exceed quota through outbound initiatives.
This role requires 3+ years of leadership in data/AI sales, ability to translate technical value to the C-suite, and strong collaboration across teams. Travel up to 25% is expected.
