The People Of: Professional Services is seeking an Emerging Business & Venture Capital Associate Attorney with 2–5 years of experience to join its Washington D.C. office. This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with startups and venture-backed businesses, advising them on a variety of corporate matters, structuring financing transactions, and guiding clients through compliance with federal securities laws.
