Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced State Director to lead and scale our ABA clinical operations across New York. This is a high-impact leadership role focused on quality care, team growth, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee clinical operations, compliance, and quality standards for ABA programs statewide
Lead, mentor, and develop BCBA and clinical teams
Drive program expansion, census growth, and operational efficiency
Ensure regulatory compliance with NY state and insurance requirements
Partner with executive leadership on strategy and performance metrics
