State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs)CareCore at Heritage is seeking compassionate and dependable State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join our team! If you're passionate about providing exceptional care and making a difference in the lives of seniors, we'd love to hear from you.Available Shifts:Full Time6am-6pmWeekend Warrior6am-6pm6pm-6am2pm-10pmEvery other weekend and holiday requiredWhy Join Us?Flexible schedulingNo mandatingOvertime opportunities availableSupportive team environmentOpportunity to make a meaningful difference every dayResponsibilities:Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents while promoting dignity and independence.Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.Answer resident call lights and respond quickly to resident needs.Accurately document care provided according to facility policies.Work closely with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality resident care.Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.Qualifications:Current Ohio STNA license required.Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Must be at least 18 years of age.Benefits:Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance for eligible Full-Time employeesDaily PayEmployee Discount ProgramPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysOpportunities for advancementEmployee referral program
