State Tested Nursing Assistant
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) to join our team at Concord Care Center of Sandusky. Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding residents
Assist with resident activities, such as transferring, lifting, and positioning
Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nursing staff
Maintain accurate and up-to-date resident records and reports
Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans
Participate in resident assessments and screenings to identify needs and provide recommendations for care
Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
