Lima, OH | On-site

About the Role

A leading regional healthcare provider known for patient-centric care is seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants to join its resident care team. The organization provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care in a close-knit community setting where residents and staff know each other by name. Full-time, part-time, and PRN schedules are available across all shifts. This is a chance to join a stable team that values dependable caregivers, invests in training, and supports growth into nursing roles.

The team works on consistent assignments so STNAs can build trust with the same residents day after day. Nurse leaders are accessible and supportive, new team members receive a structured orientation with an experienced preceptor, and the organization works hard to keep staffing steady so every shift can focus on quality care instead of constant rushing.
