State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA)At Medina Meadows Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, we're dedicated to providing exceptional care and comfort to our residents in a compassionate and supportive environment. As a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) on our evening shift team, you'll play a vital role in delivering personalized care and attention to our residents.We're seeking a compassionate and skilled STNA to join our day shift team at Medina Meadows Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation. We also have PRN night shift available. As an STNA, you'll provide basic care and support to our residents, including daily living activities, personal care, and assistance with mobility and transfers. You'll work closely with our nursing staff to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention.Responsibilities:Provide basic care and support to residents, including personal care, bathing, dressing, and groomingAssist with daily living activities, such as toileting, incontinence care, and feedingHelp residents with mobility and transfers, including lifting, transferring, and repositioningMonitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staffMaintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and servicesWork effectively as part of a team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attentionRequirements:State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) certification or CNA certification (as required by the state of Ohio)Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift, transfer, and reposition residents as neededAbility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekendsWhy Join Our Team:At Medina Meadows Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation, we offer a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
