Job description
Lendbuzz seeks a Sales Director to lead statewide field sales in Texas, overseeing a team of Market Development Managers, expanding dealer partnerships, and driving growth in contract volume and market share. Residence within or near the assigned territory is required.
You will translate national sales vision into localized strategy, coach the field team, and collaborate with underwriting, credit, and marketing for a seamless dealer experience. Expect extensive travel across the state.
