Lead Roof Repair TechnicianStatewide Roofing, a trusted commercial roofing contractor serving the greater San Francisco Bay Area, is looking for a Lead Roof Repair Technician to join our dynamic team! With more than 100 years of combined roofing experience, our founders recognized that delivering on this promise required assembling highly skilled and experienced roofers and fostering a culture that takes pride in providing premium workmanship and top-level customer service.What You'll Do:Lead and perform emergency roof repairs and routine maintenanceUse our custom tablet platform to document inspections, repairs, and recommendationsCommunicate professionally with customers and tenantsProvide on-site leadership and guidance to fellow techniciansPerform hands-on repair and cleaning for various roofing types: built-up, single-ply, tile, composition shingles, and moreAssist with general labor and yard duties as neededWhat You'll Bring:3–5 years of roofing or related experience (commercial roofing a plus!)Strong working knowledge of roofing systems and toolsComfort with technology (especially tablets) to document job progressValid driver's license with an insurable recordExcellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitudeBilingual in Spanish/English preferredSafety certifications (or willingness to obtain): First Aid/CPR, Fall Protection, OSHA-10, etc.Physical Requirements:Able to climb ladders (up to 40'), lift up to 100 lbs, and work at heightsCapable of working outdoors in varying weather conditionsPhysically fit and ready for hands-on, demanding workWorking Environment:Ability to work full-time at 40 hours per week.Availability for overtime hours, emergency response & weekend work as needed.Must be a team player and perform well under pressure.Able to perform physically demanding work in all weather conditions.Able to work at high heights on top of large buildings.Must be able to follow instructions and safety rules.Must be able to travel within the North Bay.What We Offer:Paid vacationSick benefitsHealth benefitsFlexible spending accountCompetitive hourly rateCareer development opportunitiesJoin a trusted name in roofing with a reputation for quality and safety If you're ready to grow with a company that values hard work and dependability.
