Stator Winder– 1st ShiftDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Stator Winder workers for a manufacturing company in North Mankato, MN. In this role, you'll help build and assemble motors and generators by insulating, winding, and connecting stators according to specifications. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on manufacturing work, working with tools, and being part of a skilled production team.What You'll Do as a Stator Winder– 1st Shift:Insulate, wind, and hook up stators for motors and generators following specifications and proceduresUse hand and power tools to complete assigned tasksPerform coil winding and insulation-related operationsFollow soldering procedures and machine setup requirementsInspect work to ensure quality and accuracy standards are metMove materials within the department using a forklift if licensed and certifiedPerform other duties as assigned by the supervisor within the same salary grade or belowWhat You Need to Bring to the Stator Winder– 1st Shift Role:High school diploma, vocational diploma, or equivalent requiredAbility to learn coil winding techniques, insulation methods, soldering procedures, and machine setup operationsMechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power toolsAbility to read and follow work instructions and specificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipPrevious manufacturing or assembly experience preferredAbility to obtain forklift certification if desired and approved by the companyWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
