Compensation & Financial Package (California)
First-Time Surrogates: $60,000 – $75,000+ base pay
Experienced Surrogates: $80,000 – $100,000+ base pay
Total Value Range: Earn $75,000 to $110,000+ with allowances, bonuses, and perks included.
Work-at-Home Perks: Monthly personal allowance ($200–$300/mo), contract signing bonus ($1,000), embryo transfer bonus ($1,500–$2,000), and maternity clothing funds ($1,000).

Basic Requirements:
Female between 21 and 42 years old residing in California (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)
Has given birth to at least one healthy child you are currently raising
Uncomplicated pregnancy and delivery history
Non-smoker, drug-free, and healthy BMI (generally under 32)
Not currently receiving non-medical government assistance
