Job description
Florida Power & Light Company seeks a Manager of the Steam Turbine Fleet Team to lead daily activities, own financial and reliability goals, and drive outage planning. You will manage a broad fleet of steam turbine assets and work with plants, finance, OEMs, and engineering teams.
You will guide technical decision making, consolidate root cause analyses, and present fleet performance to senior leadership while aiming to reduce outages and O&M costs.
