Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Steamfitter / Pipefitter to install, assemble, maintain, and repair industrial piping systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high-pressure piping systems and be a member of US Local 67 or willing to join.
Key Responsibilities
Install, assemble, maintain, and repair high-pressure piping systems used to carry steam, chemicals, gases, and industrial fluids.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and piping specifications.
Lay out, measure, cut, fabricate, and fit pipes and piping components.
Inspect piping systems to identify leaks, defects, and other issues.
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to ensure safe and efficient system operation.
Follow all applicable health and safety regulations and procedures.
Work collaboratively with other trades and team members to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications
Experience as a Steamfitter, Pipefitter, or in a similar industrial piping role.
Experience working with high-pressure mechanical piping systems.
Must be a member of US Local 67 or willing to join.
Ability to read and interpret piping drawings and technical specifications.
Strong mechanical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Welding experience is an asset.
Gas Fitter licence is an asset.
