Steel Erector PositionBayland Buildings is actively seeking Steel Erectors to work alongside crew members to complete the steel erection of our projects in Green Bay and neighboring areas. This position includes full-time employment, year-round work, complete with competitive compensation and benefits, and the opportunity to be part of our employee-owned company!Core Responsibilities:Work with crew members performing Steel Erection on Commercial, Industrial & Agricultural projectsUnderstand and follow a safe and quality work cultureWork in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work outdoors in variable weather conditions.Key Qualifications:Any combination of education and experience that demonstrates the knowledge and ability to perform the workExperience in both conventional and Pre-Engineered Steel buildings is preferred.Willingness to travelAbility to lift heavy objects regularly (0-50 lbs ground to shoulder, 0-80 lbs ground to carry height)Ability to perform physical laborAbility to operate hand/power tools and equipmentAbility to work outdoors in variable weather conditionsCommitted to maintaining a safe work environmentBayland Buildings Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and is an Employee Owned (ESOP) Company and offers competitive wage and benefit packages to successful candidates including 401K, ESOP Profit sharing, Health benefits, and more!Join our team today!Think Smart.
