Steel ErectorCurrently hiring experienced Steel Erectors for on-going commercial construction projects. We are seeking dependable Steel Erector professionals with experience erecting pre-engineered metal buildings and structural steel systems. The ideal Steel Erector candidate is comfortable working outdoors, at heights, and as part of a fast-paced construction team.Steel Erector Job ResponsibilitiesAssemble and erect pre-engineered metal building systems, including structural steel framing, wall panels, and roof systemsRead and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specificationsMeasure, align, and install structural components accuratelyBolt, weld, or fasten steel components as requiredInstall insulation, siding, trim, and other building materialsSafely operate aerial lifts, forklifts, hoists, and other construction equipmentMaintain a clean, safe work area while following OSHA and jobsite safety standardsWork with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on scheduleSteel Erector QualificationsAt least 2 years of experience erecting metal buildings, structural steel, or related commercial constructionAerial Lift certification is preferred but can be provided for qualified candidatesAbility to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawingsComfortable working at heights and in varying outdoor weather conditionsExperience using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipmentStrong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detailReliable transportation to and from the jobsiteBenefitsWeekly payHealth, Dental, and Vision Insurance401(k)Paid Time OffReferral bonus program
