Job TitleThe PolisherJob DescriptionThe Polisher operates machinery typical to the stainless polishing industry including, but not limited to drum-sanding, lathe-turn polishing, and power hand tool operation. Other tasks performed include general shop tasks such as maintaining shop cleanliness, general preventative maintenance and upkeep of machinery, and staging finished products by packaging, palletizing, banding/strapping, and wrapping.QualificationsProven warehouse experience, metals manufacturing preferredPrevious stainless fabrication and ability to read simple fabrication drawings a plusMechanically inclinedBasic math skillsWorking knowledge of general computer programsOlympic Steel offers comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision benefits; paid holidays and vacation; a 401(k) match; tuition reimbursement; and various opportunities to earn cash bonuses.
