Ascend Public Charter Schools seeks a Director of Training & Development for STEM to lead instructional quality and educator development across K–4 STEM classrooms in Brooklyn.
Reporting to the Senior Director of K–12 STEM Training & Development, this leader ensures rigorous, coherent instruction aligned to Ascend’s vertical curriculum, with coaching, professional learning, and implementation fidelity to raise STEM outcomes.
