Job description
Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Clinical Unit Leader for the Springfield Regional Medical Center to coordinate patient care on a designated unit in collaboration with the Clinical Manager. This role emphasizes nursing process, team leadership, and efficient resource use to sustain clinical excellence and high patient satisfaction.
Required is a current RN license with BSN preferred, plus leadership experience on an acute care unit.
