Stepdown Neuro Registered Nurse

Job Title: Stepdown Neuro Registered Nurse Location: Jackson, TN Setting: Hospital Pay Range: - Schedule: 06:45 - 19:15 (3x12-hour shifts) Contract Length: 13 weeks Candidate Type: Traveler Requirements:
Active Tennessee or compact RN license; BLS; ACLS; NIHSS; Minimum 1 year of MS/Tele experience required; Epic experience within the last 18 months
Responsibilities:
Provide nursing care on the Neuro/Surgical Telemetry floor and float to other MS/Tele units or ICU as needed
Maintain certification and licensure requirements
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols
Assist with patient assessments and documentation as appropriate
