Job description
Ingenovis Health, partnering with UK King's Daughters as the employer of record for Riverspan, seeks a Stepdown RN in Virginia to monitor patients requiring frequent assessment but not unstable enough for critical care. You will monitor vital signs, detect changes in condition, administer medications, and provide hands-on care.
Current Virginia RN license is required along with ACLS and BLS. This position offers weekly pay, insurance options, licensure reimbursement, travel assistance, and more
