Job description
We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Stepdown to provide direct patient care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities include:
promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and ensuring effective communication across care teams.
