Job description
University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center in Largo, MD seeks a Central Sterile Processing Supervisor to lead the department and ensure instruments are decontaminated, sterilized, and ready for patient care.
The ideal candidate has CST knowledge, hands-on leadership, and the ability to coach staff, manage workflow, uphold infection control standards, and drive quality improvement across the department.
