Job description
UCI Health seeks a Sterile Processing Dept Supervisor to lead the shift workflow, ensure proper decontamination, cleaning, processing and sterilization of supplies, and maintain infection control practices. The role manages workloads, time reporting, and scheduling, while guiding team performance and conduct.
The successful candidate will have CST leadership experience, CRCST/CST certification, and knowledge of infection control within a busy hospital setting.
