Sterile Processing Department ManagerThe SPD Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the Sterile Processing Department, ensuring efficient, high-quality, and cost effective services for all areas requiring sterile processing support.Education:Required: High School DiplomaPreferred: Associate's DegreeExperience:Required: 3 years of SPD experienceRequired: 1 year of leadership experienceSkills:Proven experience in Sterile Processing operationsStrong leadership and problem solving skillsKnowledgeable in regulatory aspects impacting SPD to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and standards.Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate with staff, outside departments, and leadership teams while maintaining the hospital's mission, vision, and values.Licensure/Certification/Registration:Required: CRCST or CBSPD with CHL must be obtained within 2 years of hire
