Sterile Processing TechnicianJob Title: Sterile Processing TechnicianProfession: Surgical ServicesSpecialty: Sterile Processing TechDuration: 13 weeksShift: NightHours per Shift: 12 hours (18:00 - 06:30)Experience: Minimum 3 years at a level I or II hospitalLicense: CRCST or CSPDT requiredCertifications: IAHCSMM/HSPA, CRCST, CSPDTMust-Have: No first-time travelers; must have trackable work history. No cancellations in work history.Description: Upon accepting an assignment and starting your role, your unit manager may assign you to an "Emergency Team." There will be an expectation to stay at the facility until after the event passes or be part of the relief team. Specific details pertaining to pay will be relayed on each emergency event, as impacts vary. By signing your travel contract for this position, you accept the expectation to report as assigned by your immediate unit manager in case of an emergency event. Please ensure you are comfortable with the requirements before applying. Additional checklist required - please attach with submission. Ensure you are aware of housing costs in the area before submitting. Must have a minimum of 3 years work experience in sterile processing. Experience with sterilizers, Sterrad machines, and ultrasonic systems required.
