Job description
UCI Health seeks a Sterile Processing Dept. Supervisor to lead the shift’s activities, ensuring proper decontamination, cleaning, processing and sterilization of supplies and equipment. You will supervise staff, coordinate workloads, and reinforce infection control practices across the team.
Reporting to the Sterile Processing leadership, you will evaluate performance, drive customer service, and manage scheduling while maintaining compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
