Sterile Processing Technician IHoward County General Hospital, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine, provides comprehensive healthcare services to residents of Howard County and the surrounding communities. This role operates cleaning and sterilization equipment and prepares instruments, supplies, and equipment for steam and low-temperature sterilization.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or GED equivalentMinimum of one year of instrument-processing experienceActive certification through the Certification Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD) or the Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA), formerly IAHCSMMSalary Range: Minimum 24.82/hour - Maximum 28.68/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
