Sterile Processing TechnicianFind your purpose working as a Part-Time Sterile Processing Tech I or II in the St. Cloud Hospital Sterile Processing Department! You will spend your shifts amongst a passionate team, while enjoying incredible views of the Mississippi River while you work!Sterile Processing Techs are responsible for ensuring all surgical supplies, equipment, and instruments are properly decontaminated, disinfected, inspected, sterilized, inventoried and distributed in a quality and timely manner throughout the health system. We are responsible for use of technologies such as copier/scanner, internet, handheld devices, electronic medical records, instrument tracking systems, inventory management systems, email and Microsoft office. Our Techs enjoy working under close supervision with little autonomy."We work in an area that is never seen by our patients. However, the impact we have in our patient care is immeasurable. Without clean and sterilized surgical tools, the surgeons would not be able to save our patient's lives.
