Surgical Services - Sterile Processing Tech (SPT)VIBRA TRAVELS is seeking a Sterile Processing Tech to join our expanding network of healthcare professionals. We're looking for dependable, detail-focused travelers with experience in hospital settings. If you're ready to assist in life-changing procedures while traveling the country, this is your opportunity!Minimum Qualifications:Minimum of 2 years of recent sterile processing experience in a hospital settingCurrent BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) requiredCRCST or CBSPD certification preferred or required based on facilityCurrent, valid, and active driver's license required.Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation.Certificates, Licensures, Registrations:Current, valid, and active license and/or certification to practice as a Sterile Processing Tech in the state of employment if required.Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and may be required by some clientsAdditional Qualifications/Skills:Proficient in decontamination, inspection, assembly, and sterilization techniquesFamiliarity with autoclaves, ultrasonic cleaners, and tracking systemsHigh attention to detail and infection controlStrong organizational and communication skillsFree from illegal drug use and effects of alcohol in the workplaceUnlike working for agency after agency, with our travel program, you get to work for a company:Work with 1 recruiter from start to finish and assignment to assignmentLocal and Non-local positions availableCompetitive hourly rate in addition to tax-free stipend (if applicable)No pay cuts mid-contractReferral bonus (up to $1000 per referral!)License reimbursement if traveling to new state where new license is requiredYour pick of assignments at partner facilities from various health systems across the countryVibra follows federal and state requirements for vaccinations, vaccination offerings, and disease screening.
